An amazing story to share

A stay at home mother of two meant I had no time to attend my local gym. As a result I gained weight, suffered from swollen ankles and breathlessness. Late NIght Final

Just before you go to sleep in bed at night, s-t-r-e-t-c-h ! Start with one foot and leg, then the other. Relax. Then brace buttocks, tummy, diaphragm, and back. Relax. Now stretch fingers, hands , arms and shoulders. Relax... finally stretch the neck and tauten face and scalp muscles. Relax--- breathe in lightly , out deeply- and you'll be completely relaxed and fast asleep before you know it.

Seat Slimmer

When walking , practice tensing the buttock muscles. Tense, the left side as your weight falls on the left foot and the right side when the weight falls on the right foot. You can do this exercise while pushing the pram too. Keep it up till you start to ache-no longer. A few minutes of this each dat and your back view will look as trim under a swimsuit as it does inside a strong foundation garment.

Arm Improver....

The muscles that run dwon the outsides of the upper arms scarcely get used at all by ordinary activities-the biceps do most of the work. This explains why upper arms accumulate fat and become slack, often quite early on.
The easy way to tone them up is to grasp the corners of a desk or table or a pair of knobs on a chest of drawers, hold firmly and turn the arms inwards till you feel a sharp pull on the muscles concerned.

Back Flattener

There's a triangle of muscles between the shoulder blades. Teach yourself to draw this triangle together towards its centre. It's a local contration- the shoulders should scarcely move at all. This is a wonderful eercise for preventing or correcting the "hump" ( or the ache) that comes from prolonged sitting-down work.It can be done standing or sitting down.
